Nikki Alchin
Nikki is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience across both public and private sectors.
She is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent young people who are navigating mental health challenges, as well as their families. Using a strengths-based and person-centred approach, Nikki helps teens and young adults better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, develop practical strategies for daily life, and work towards personally meaningful goals.
Nikki values the importance of connection and collaboration in therapy. With consent, she actively involves family members and significant others in the therapeutic process to support meaningful change.
She also works alongside her Therapy Dog, Ollie, who provides a calm and supportive presence in the sessions.
