The Base Health and Community shares a community aspect and we enjoy hosting community accessible events in our larger spaces. In the past we have held a range of events including:

  • Live music locations for both Pete & David McCredie for their respective and combined tours.

  • Bandaluzia and other live music performances organised by Damien Wright.

  • Yoga Teacher Training in our boardroom and yoga studio spaces.

  • ADHD Support Group and Headspace’s “As You Are” LQBTQ+ support group in our shared cafe space.

  • 4-part Mental Health seminar by own very own Michelle Heaton.

  • Book signing and live interview with mental health author and speaker, Craig Hamilton and freelance writer, Alex Morris.

  • Weekly yoga classes with Fran Davy and Sarah Truman.

  • Multiple showings of ROAD from Insight Acting.

Please note that while The Base Health and Community does hire out our spaces and enjoy holding all kinds of events, we try to keep events held in our spaces in line with our message and mission of mental health.
